# POST Send Reply Message (v1)

> Send a reply message via the external API.

## Send reply message (v1)

`POST /api/v1/messages/reply`

Send a text or media reply message to a contact.

### Headers

**x-api-key** `string` *required*

Your API key

**x-api-secret** `string` *required*

Your API secret key

**x-channel-id** `string` *required*

WhatsApp channel ID

### Body parameters

**to** `string` *required*

Recipient phone with country code.

**messageType** `string` *required*

Message type: `text`, `image`, `document`, `audio`, `video`.

**content** `object` *required*

Message content object (shape depends on message type).
