# Conversation Tools

Tools for managing customer conversations across channels.

## conversation\_list

List conversations with status, channel, and assignee filtering.

**Parameters:**

| Parameter | Type | Required | Default | Description |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| `channelId` | string | No | — | Filter by channel ID |
| `status` | string | No | — | Filter by status: `open`, `closed`, `assigned`, `pending` |
| `assignedTo` | string | No | — | Filter by assigned user ID |

| `limit` | number | No | 20 | Items per page |

## conversation\_get

Get conversation details with contact info.

**Parameters:**

## conversation\_close

Close a conversation.

**Parameters:**

Assign a conversation to a team member.

**Parameters:**

> Assigning a conversation automatically sets its status to `assigned`.

## conversation\_messages

Get messages for a conversation (paginated, newest first).

**Parameters:**

| `limit` | number | No | 50 | Messages per page (max 100) |
